Samir carries a formidable reputation in the aviation industry. A young and dynamic entrepreneur, he had the vision of establishing the Arrow Aviation Group over 10 years ago. A graduate mechanical engineer by qualification, he has over 15 years of aviation experience and spearheads Arrow Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd., which is one of the Asia's largest spare parts distribution company and Authorized Hawker Beech craft Parts Distributor for the Indian Sub-continent, Middle east and North Africa. His reputation, networking and strategic foresight and his experience in aircraft sales and product support, brings a great value to Arrow Aircraft Sales & Charters.

Manoj Prasad's experience in the financial world adds a new dimension to the formidable Board of Directors of the Company. One of the most highly experienced and well-respected investment banker, Manoj has worked in several senior positions for institutions such as Morgan Stanley & Co., Barclays Capital, and HSBC. His last job was with Morgan Stanley & Co. as Executive Director and Global Head of NRI/NRP business. He brings with him a rich investment banking experience. His high profile networking, superb management & entrepreneurial skills helps the company in forging new relationships within India as well as at a global level. Manoj is based in Dubai and also looks after the Business Development for Europe, Middle Eastern, African and South Asian Regions.
